Three Thirteen Studios ("we", "us") runs this website. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell your data, and we don't show ads. This page explains exactly what happens when you visit.

What we collect
- Your email address, if you give it to us. When you sign up for launch news, we store your email so we can tell you when each game launches and send occasional studio news. With it we store your language, the date you signed up and your approximate country (from your connection, not your exact location).
- Press requests. If you use the press kit's contact form, we store your name, outlet, email, message, the date and your approximate country so we can reply.
- Privacy requests. If you use the form below, we store your email, the request type, any new email you give us, the date and your approximate country so we can act on it.
- Anonymous visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't build a profile of you. We only see totals, like "200 people read the Mesa page this week."
- Standard server logs. Our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
Why we can use it
We store and use your email and form entries because you gave them to us and agreed to it. You can withdraw that consent at any time, by unsubscribing or with the form below, and we'll stop.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may keep a small note, just for your current visit, that you've already seen our intro animation so it doesn't replay. If you have a password for a private preview, we set a sign-in cookie that lasts 30 days and is used only to keep the preview unlocked.
Who processes your data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores form entries and provides our privacy-friendly analytics.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google to load them.
- beehiiv (United States) runs our mailing list: it receives your email when you sign up for launch news and sends our newsletter. beehiiv may record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.
- Resend (United States) delivers press and privacy form entries to our inbox so we can reply.
These providers may process data outside your country. We only share what they need to provide their service.
How long we keep it
A launch-news sign-up stays on our site until it reaches our newsletter service, and is deleted from our site 30 days after that. The newsletter service keeps your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Press and privacy requests are kept for 24 months, then deleted automatically.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Use the form below and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Children
This website isn't directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU), and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, use the form above and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
