Three Thirteen Studios ("we", "us") runs this website. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell your data, and we don't show ads. This page explains exactly what happens when you visit.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you give it to us. When you sign up for the table invite, we store your email so we can tell you when Mesa launches and send occasional studio news. That's the only personal information we ask for.
- Anonymous visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't build a profile of you. We only see totals, like "200 people read the Mesa page this week."
- Standard server logs. Our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may keep a small note, just for your current visit, that you've already seen our intro animation so it doesn't replay.
Who processes your data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores form entries and provides our privacy-friendly analytics.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google to load them.
- If we move our mailing list to a newsletter service, we'll name it here before we do.
These providers may process data outside your country. We only share what they need to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the email we hold for you at any time. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them. Use the form below and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Children
This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, use the form above and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
